Login to Admin from Super Adsense Theme

Well, this is my first time using Super Adsense Theme V2.2. It is a good theme and I like it. But I'm very confuse when I need to login to admin, coz no META tag there. My question are:

1. How to login to admin from super Adsense theme?

2. Could I put META widget at the sidebar? And how should I do for that (what script I should write and where to put it).

I put the "admin" link to log into the WP dashboard in the navigation menu on top; in place of "google". To change the selection in the navigation menu, go into WP theme editor and open up "navigation.php".
